This is another very impressive site. I could, and probably will, be adding this link’s subcategories to many categories on Adder World. Newideas refers to Parents and teachers; however, their site is very comprehensive and has information for just about anyone with ADD ADHD. One of the issues Newideas covers which I found to be immediately interesting was their Adder diet plan:
